Registration Details

Fees:

The registration fees for the 2007/8 season are:

Under 7's £30.00 (no reductions available)
Other ages: £65.00 less reductions where appropriate (see below)

Please remember that these fees cover everything for the entire season. No additional training or match fees will be charged.

Reductions:

For the over 7's a reduction of £10 per additional sibling will be available to those registering more than one child. Where paying in instalments, the amounts will be £30.00 by the Presentation Night and £25.00 by 30-Nov-07.

Registration Forms:

The Registration Forms are held in Adobe Acrobat's Portable Document Format (PDF). Registration Requirements:

* Please note that any player registering at U12, U13 or U15 who was not registered with the League last season will need to supply 2 x passport-sized photos plus an original birth certificate, otherwise only the registration forms are required.

What to do:

Check the registration requirements for the qualifying birth dates for each age group, and for any additional items required for the age group(s) appropriate to your child(ren).
Print off and complete the Steyning Strikers 2007/2008 Registration Form.
Print off and complete the Horsham League Registration Form (U11's upwards).
Put the above forms, together with any additional items requested, plus the appropriate Registration Fee(s), into an envelope, and bring this Registration Pack along to the Presentation Night on Friday 6th July, where you will find clearly marked bins into which to deposit it.

Payment by cheque is preferred (made payable to Steyning Strikers F.C.) but if you wish to pay in cash, we will issue a receipt on the Presentation Night.

Please remember that only those providing a complete Registration Pack including fee on or before 6th July will qualify for the option of paying in instalments. Should you be unable to make it to the Presentation Night, but want to benefit from the instalment option, please ensure you give your Registration Pack to someone who will be attending, or to a Committee member by 30th June.

Committee members and Managers will be on hand on the Presentation Night to help you with any queries.
